USA Compression Partners, LP (NYSE: USAC) announced today that Cathy J.
Guthrie has joined the Company as Vice President – Human Resources. Ms.
Guthrie will be responsible for leading the Company’s human resources
team and directing its training, performance management and compensation
programs. Ms. Guthrie will report directly to President and Chief
Executive Officer Eric D. Long.

Prior to her joining the Company, Ms. Guthrie most recently worked in
the midstream sector for Southern Union Gas Services (headquartered in
Fort Worth, Texas), where she served as Director of Human Resources and
managed the full employee life cycle for locations throughout Texas, New
Mexico, Colorado and Arizona. Ms. Guthrie has 15 years of experience in
Human Resources strategic leadership. She holds a B.B.A. from Le
Tourneau University.
