John L. Wortham has served on our Board since March 2024. Mr. Wortham has over 40 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. Wortham worked at Energy Transfer from 2002 until his retirement in October 2020, most recently as a Senior Director of Business Development and before that as a Senior Director of Gas Supply- Long Term Gas Contracts. Prior to that, Mr. Wortham worked for the energy company Aquila, Inc. (“Aquila”), as a Director of Business Management from 1993 until 2002, when Energy Transfer acquired certain of Aquila’s assets. Mr. Wortham has also worked in various other roles in the energy industry since 1980. Mr. Wortham graduated from Texas Christian University in 1973 with a business management degree.
